Garden Hearts is an exploration of the human heart. It is a simple metaphor representing the similarities of flowers to our own feelings. Just as a flower will bloom with attention and care, so will the heart. Each plant in the series is meant to depict a powerful emotion, showcasing the multitude of colorful sensations we're capable of creating. This series was envisioned in 2015, then later flushed out recently. Each photo was created via in-camera double exposure with a Canon AE-1 and various films.
